\u200b\u200bThe\u00a0Secretariat of the Southern Africa Telecommunications Association \u200bis tasked with facilitating and coordinating the work of the association. It manages administrative and financial matters, organizes key meetings, delivers conference services and disseminates information to the members and associates and coordinates the implementation of the value propositon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Secretariat was established in accordance with Article 5.4 of the Constitution to support and carry out the day-to-day work of the Association as mandated by the Annual Conference. The Secretariat is hosted by the Government of Mozambique and is located in Maputo, Mozambique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\u00a0Executive Secretary as the Chief Executive Officer is the legal representation of the Association and the head of the Secretariat. The Secretariat has a head count of six (6) people on the approved organogram and the staff compliment includes local staff (4 posts) and regional staff (2 posts). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
