In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Constitution, “Associate Member” means organisations from other sectors of the ICT
industry and, in particular, the research, standard setting and learning sector; the manufacturing and distributing sector; the operations and services sector; and the content production and distribution sector, within and outside the SADC Region.
