The Executive Board is constituted by CEOs of Members of the Association selected in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Constitution. The Executive Board is the organ mandated to oversee the operations of the Association between the Annual Conferences.
It is essentially responsible for monitoring the execution of the decisions of the Annual Conference. It has the power to take decisions and give policy direction when executing the decisions of the Annual Conference.
